how we work

Working with us usually prompts a few questions. The following information should help to answer some of them. If you have any further questions please get in touch, we'll be happy to help.

What do we charge?
Our invoices are based on the time we invest in a project. Project costs depend entirely on the breadth of your needs, but we aim to meet individual budgets as closely as possible. We always provide an estimate for approval before starting. We always adhere to our estimates unless project specifications change. We usually ask for payment of printed material up front, all other billable hours are on a net 30 basis following completion of the project.

How do we manage your project?
Following our initial discussion we will establish a schedule for the progress of the work. This is dependent on your deadline, and also the nature of the brief. We will build in regular opportunities for feedback (via email/telephone) and also opportunities for subsequent meetings. Further discussion ensures that the material is strategically focused in addition to being creatively excellent.

How do we develop creative ideas?

Contrary to popular belief ideas rarely come in a blinding flash of inspiration. Effective solutions are born from lots of hard work and often trial and error. This is why we need time to consider several potential solutions. There are usually practical considerations to establish before submitting concepts (print estimates, photography requirements, and other scheduling issues). Hence we often ask for two to three weeks before submitting concepts for review (dependent on the scale of the brief). The more objective and specific you can be the better we will be able to respond.

Ensuring your satisfaction
Our goal is to keep the project moving ahead quickly, smoothly, and cost-effectively. We aim to meet your deadlines and budgets, in addition to creating the high quality visual material you anticipate.
